We're making toys like that for the next generation of kids, but on touchscreen platforms like the iPad - digital tools that empower kids to create, learn, and share their ideas through play. While iOS development is a plus, above all we're looking for stellar developers with cool side projects. We're also looking for someone with solid Ruby/Server/HTML5/CSS/JS chops.
